I just wanted to let you know that jell-o is perfectly fine to eat 3 years after the expiration date. I made some up yesterday and I haven't gotten sick. I probably got it when I was shopping in my parents' food storage room... Don't know how they've had jell-o for that long, but it still tasted fabulous! :)
